  • Beetroot...1


  • White chickpea/Kabuli chana...100gm


  • Sesame seeds...2tbspn


  • Olive oil ...4 to 5tbspn


  • Cumin powder...1tbspn


  • Red chilli powder...1tbspn


  • Lemon juice....3tbspn


  • Garlic juice....3tbspn


  • Salt ...1/2tspn


  • Coriander powder...1tbspn

Directions

  • Boil beetroot & make a paste of it.
  • In a mixing jar, add 2tbspn each sesame seeds & olive oil.
  • Add 1tbspn each cumin powder, coriander powder & red chilli powder.Add boiled chickpead & 1/2cup of water.Blend it well.
  • Add beetroot paste & again blend it .Apply 2tbspn olive oil over it & decorate with sesame seeds & boiled chickpeas
  • Hummus is ready now.Serve it with any type of bread.
